I facilitate my very first retrospective about 10 years ago which was one of my biggest failure as coach and facilitator but also one of my biggest learning experience. Since then is facilitating retrospectives my most powerful tool to help my clients. I also teach facilitation technics in my ScrumMaster and extended Agile/Scrum classes.
